• Refer multiple friends — there’s no limit. Referred friends must be completely new to us.

1. The referee is eligible to receive a 1 selected gift from the option 1 only on sharing of 1 referral with us.

2. The referee is eligible to receive a 1 selected gift from the option 2 only on sharing of 2 referrals with us.

3. The referee is eligible to receive a 1 selected gift from the option 3 only on sharing of 3 referrals with us.

1. The referee is eligible to receive selected gift’s from the lists post the advance booking confirmation from the referral.

2. The referee will receive their gift within 30 days after the  booking confirmation (min. amount of the photoshoot should not be less than rupees forty thousand for one project) from the referral.

3. In the event that RahulNigam.com / eMAGINE NOW is (for whatever reason) unable to procure the indicated gift, you will receive a substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, no referral gift amount is payable if there is a duplicity of the referral person name / event

5. The referee will not be eligible to receive the referral gift if there is a cancellation of the event from the referral

6. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash

7. The prize cannot be changed after the selection by the referee

9. RahulNigam.com / eMAGINE NOW makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, Rahul Nigam or eMAGINe NOW is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss of the gift)
